When you use the quote request form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property type, general service area, requested services, preferred timing and project notes. Please do not submit gate codes, alarm codes, passwords, financial information or other sensitive access information.

How We Use Information

Information is used to review the request, prepare or discuss pricing, contact you, determine whether the requested work is within service scope and arrange service if you choose to proceed. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed booking or authorize payment.

Form Delivery Providers

The website may use a third-party form-delivery or email provider to transmit quote requests to House Mouse Services. Information entered into the form is shared with that provider only as needed to deliver the request. House Mouse Services does not sell information submitted through the website.

Retention and Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Quote requests may be retained for normal business communication and recordkeeping, then deleted when no longer reasonably needed.

Your Choices

You may request service by telephone instead of using the online form. You may also ask House Mouse Services to correct or delete contact information, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
